Emily has been the Lilawagila School Administrator since 2008.
She manages the overall running of the school building, programs, finance and human resources.

Drawing inspiration from the students, when she sees them succeed in their programs, when they use their voice and monitor their behaviour, when they participate in school and community events and especially when they dance, sing and express themselves through art.

Emily has worked on numerous projects with the aim of improving school facilities & recreational areas in the village of Kingcome.

Emily is the youngest of sixteen children. She attended Residential School from the age 5 up until she was 12. “I went in as a screaming brat and came out a silent person who showed no feelings”.
Emily is a mother of four children and two grand children. She runs a Bed and Breakfast in the village, and sells pizza and traditional regalia.
